Shipping

Shipping varies on the size and fragility of the item purchased. We ship via USPS or UPS. Which ever is the cheapest. All Bears in Chair products are shipped at actual shipping rate. We will e-mail you with the amount.

At Roberts Gift Shoppe, we will always work with you to ensure that you receive your item in the safest, most economical and expedient manner possible.

Shipments are made on business days only, excluding holidays and weekends.Please allow 5-10 business days for regular shipping within the Continental United States. If you need your order by by a specific date we'll do our best to honor your request.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects.

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Each order is hand personalized by one of our artists, and may be subject to changes, ex: when a name doesn't fit,at their discretion. We may or may not change the placement of a design to accommodate the shape of the item. We may also alter the colors on items that are not white.

3. Because our products are hand personalized, we cannot accept items for return, unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e., spelling errors)by the artist. We are not liable for mistakes made on the customers' part.

4. If you have received a defective item from us, it must be returned within 10 days. Please email us for your return before shipping it back. Customer will pay for return shipping on authorized returns. Any returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Authorized returns should be sent to:
